- What's the best hotel in Carnon?

Situated a stone's throw from the beach, along the canal, it's the ideal place to take a break and take it easy.

- How do I book a room at Clair de Lune?

You can book your stay directly online via our website, or by telephone or email.

- Why is a credit card required at the time of booking?

During the booking process, customers must provide a credit card number to guarantee the room reservation. This number will not be used unless you do not show up at our premises without notifying us (see cancellation conditions).

- Will I be debited directly when I give my bank card number or will I pay at the hotel?

You will not be debited at the time of booking; you will pay for your stay at the hotel directly on site, using the method of payment you prefer, not necessarily the bank card you used when booking.

- I want to cancel or change my booking. What do I do? Will I be billed for my stay?

First of all, if you wish to cancel your booking, please send us your request by e-mail.

  • If your stay is cancelled more than 48 hours before your arrival, the cancellation will be free of charge.
  • If your stay is cancelled less than 48 hours before your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the amount of your reservation.

- How can I be sure that my booking has been taken into account?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail no more than 48 hours after your booking.

- Can a cot be added to the bedroom?

 Baby cots are available on request at the time of booking.

- What time can I have breakfast?

  • Breakfast is a continental buffet, with fresh produce and homemade dishes.
  • It costs 12 euros per person and 7 euros for children.
  • It is served between 8am and 10am on weekdays and between 8.30am and 10.30am at weekends.
  • If you wish to bring your breakfast forward, please inform reception the day before.

- I haven't booked my breakfast. Can I have it on the day?

It is possible to have breakfast even if you have not booked it the day before. Simply go to the restaurant during service hours. We will let you know if any products are missing from the buffet.

- Does the hotel have disabled access?

We do not have any facilities for disabled people or people with reduced mobility. Our rooms are on the first floor and we do not have a lift.

- Does the hotel have its own car park?

No, the hotel does not have a private car park. For more information on this subject, please consult our parking guide in Carnon.

- What are the hotel arrival times?

Our rooms are available from 3pm. If you expect to arrive after 9pm, please let us know before 3pm on the day of your arrival so that we can organise your late arrival as well as possible.


- How to reserve a table

To reserve a table at the restaurant, simply call us on 04 67 12 04 46.

- Can the restaurant be hired out or made private for events?

It is possible to organise events at Le Clair de lune. For all requests, please contact us by mail.


- Can I order takeaway food from a restaurant?

It is possible to order takeaway meals (subject to availability). You can place your order directly by telephone, or come to the restaurant. We recommend that you give us a few hours' notice.

Wine cellar

- How does the wine cellar work?

The wine cellar is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm and on Sunday from 9am to 3pm. You can come and take advantage of our sommelier's advice, and choose bottles to drink on the premises or to take away. If you choose to eat in, we will add EUR 10 to the price of the bottle to take away.
